Autopay Authorization

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Authorization to Debit Your Account

By requesting an advance through Cashlo and checking the autopay authorization box, you authorize Cashlo to initiate one or more ACH debit entries from your connected bank account to collect your total repayment amount on or after the agreed repayment date.

What you authorize:

• A single ACH debit for your total repayment amount (advance + fees)
• Debited on or after your selected repayment date
• From the bank account you connected via Plaid

Repayment Amount

Your total repayment includes:

• The advance amount you received
• 2% service fee
• $2.99 instant delivery fee (if selected)
• Optional tip (if provided)

The exact total is shown on your confirmation screen before you authorize the advance. No additional charges, interest, late fees, or compounding will be applied.

Timing

The debit will be initiated on your chosen repayment date. If that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the debit may be processed on the next business day.

Failed Payments

If a debit fails due to insufficient funds, Cashlo may attempt the debit again. Cashlo does not charge late fees or penalties for failed payments, but repeated failures may affect your eligibility for future advances.

Revoking Authorization

You may revoke this authorization at any time by contacting [email protected] at least 3 business days before the scheduled debit date. Revoking authorization does not cancel your obligation to repay the advance.

Membership Billing

Your Cashlo Membership ($4.99/month) is billed separately through the App Store and is not covered by this autopay authorization.
