How much can I access?
New users start with up to $100. Your limit increases over time as you build a repayment history — up to $750.
Is there a credit check?
No. Cashlo does not perform a credit check. We use your bank account activity and income to determine eligibility.
How fast do I get my money?
With Instant delivery, funds arrive in minutes. Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days and is free.
What does it cost?
Cashlo membership is $4.99/month. There's a small 2% service fee on each advance, and an optional instant delivery fee if you want your cash immediately.
When do I repay?
Repayment is automatically scheduled around your next payday. You'll always see the exact date and amount before confirming.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from the Profile tab in the app. Any active advances must be repaid first.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level 256-bit encryption and connect to your bank through Plaid, a trusted financial data provider used by millions.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected] with your request. We'll process account deletions within 30 days per our privacy policy.
