Welcome to Cashlo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cashlo mobile application, website, and related services operated by Cashlo, LLC ("Cashlo," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Cashlo, you agree to these Terms.
Cashlo provides earned wage access services to eligible members. Cashlo lets you access a portion of wages you have already earned before your scheduled payday. Eligibility is determined by factors including:
Cashlo does not perform credit checks. Cashlo does not charge interest. Eligibility is not guaranteed and may change over time based on your account activity.
Membership: $4.99/month. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime. Cancelling your membership does not by itself reverse a payout that has already been sent to you; your bank account will still be debited for that payout on the scheduled date.
Service fee: A 5% service fee applies to each payout, calculated on the payout amount and disclosed before you confirm.
Standard delivery: No delivery fee. Typically 1–3 business days.
Instant delivery: $2.99. Available when eligible.
No interest. Cashlo does not charge interest.
No late fees. Cashlo does not charge late fees or penalties.
Before confirming any request, you will see a full breakdown of your payout amount, any applicable fees, and your total repayment amount. You must review and confirm this breakdown before proceeding.
Access to earned wage payouts requires an active Cashlo membership at $4.99 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time through the App, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling your membership does not by itself reverse a payout that has already been sent to you. For any payout already delivered, the scheduled ACH debit for that payout will still be initiated on its scheduled date.
Non-recourse. Cashlo payouts are non-recourse. Our sole method of recovering a payout is the scheduled ACH debit from your connected bank account. If that debit does not clear, Cashlo does not pursue collections, does not charge interest, late fees, or penalties, does not report to credit bureaus, and does not otherwise hold you personally liable — Cashlo bears the loss. Unrecovered payouts may affect your eligibility for future payouts.
Repayment is due on your scheduled payback date, which is shown to you before you confirm any request and again on your confirmation screen. By confirming a request, you authorize Cashlo to initiate an ACH debit from your connected bank account on or after your scheduled payback date for the total amount due.
If a scheduled debit fails due to insufficient funds, Cashlo may attempt the debit again. Cashlo does not charge late fees, penalties, or interest for failed or late payments. However, repeated payment failures may affect your eligibility for future requests.
You may repay manually at any time before your scheduled payback date. If you need more time, you may contact support to request an adjustment to your payback date.

To use our services, you must connect a bank account through our bank connectivity partner. By connecting your account, you authorize Cashlo and its service providers to access your bank account information, including balances and transaction history, to determine your eligibility and wage access limits. Our current service providers are listed in our Privacy Policy.
We require identity verification to comply with federal regulations and prevent fraud. You agree to provide accurate identification information. Providing false information will result in account termination.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. If your account is terminated, the scheduled ACH debit for any payout already sent to you will still be initiated on its scheduled date; consistent with our non-recourse model, Cashlo's sole recovery method remains that ACH debit.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashlo, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
