Welcome to Cashlo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cashlo mobile application, website, and related services operated by Royal Boudoir Inc. ("Royal Boudoir," "Cashlo," "we," "our," or "us"). By using Cashlo, you agree to these Terms.
Cashlo provides cash advance services to eligible members. Eligibility is determined by factors including:
Cashlo does not perform credit checks. Eligibility is not guaranteed and may change over time based on your account activity.
Membership: $4.99/month. Auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime — cancellation does not cancel any outstanding repayment obligation.
Standard delivery: No delivery fee. Typically 1–3 business days.
Instant delivery: $2.99. Available when eligible.
Tips: Optional. Tips do not affect eligibility or advance limits.
No interest. Cashlo does not charge interest on advances.
No late fees. Cashlo does not charge late fees or penalties.
Before confirming any advance, you will see a full breakdown of your advance amount, any applicable fees, and your total repayment amount. You must review and confirm this breakdown before proceeding.
Access to cash advances requires an active Cashlo membership at $4.99 per month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You may cancel at any time through the App, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling your membership does not cancel any outstanding repayment obligation. You remain responsible for repaying any active advance in full.
Repayment is due on your scheduled payday. By requesting an advance, you authorize Cashlo to initiate an ACH debit from your connected bank account on or after the agreed repayment date for the total amount due.
If a scheduled debit fails due to insufficient funds, Cashlo may attempt the debit again. Cashlo does not charge late fees or penalties for failed payments. However, repeated payment failures may affect your eligibility for future advances.
You may repay manually at any time before the scheduled date.

To use our services, you must connect a bank account through our partner, Plaid, Inc. By connecting your account, you authorize Cashlo and Plaid to access your bank account information, including balances and transaction history, to determine your eligibility and advance limits.
We require identity verification to comply with federal regulations and prevent fraud. You agree to provide accurate identification information. Providing false information will result in account termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. Any outstanding advances remain due upon termination.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashlo and Royal Boudoir Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
